RedR's ToT for Humanitarian Sector - Lesssons learned

I recently got the chance to take part in RedR’s Training of Trainers for the Humanitarian Sector. The course was ideal for someone with limited practical experience delivering and facilitating trainings (like yours truly). Our trainer, Stephen, is extremely knowledgeable, and was even able to answer one of the most fundamental questions of trainings1.

As part of the course, every participant delivered a 20-min session on a topic of their choice, to be included as part of a longer training plan. I chose to give one on the topic of password selection during online account creation, as part of a more general course on the basics of digital security.
